At GirlyPop, every product is made on demand after an order is placed. This allows us to create products responsibly while maintaining quality and reducing unnecessary waste.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared after purchase.

  • Processing Time: 2–4 Business Days
  • Production begins after order confirmation
  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays

As our products are made on demand, processing may take slightly longer than traditional ready-stock products.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 Business Days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–8 Business Days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Actual delivery timelines may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, and local circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹1999
  • Flat ₹79 Shipping Fee on orders below ₹1999

To maintain fair product pricing while ensuring reliable delivery across India, a small shipping fee is applied to orders below our free shipping threshold.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email address and/or mobile number.

Customers can use the tracking information to monitor delivery progress in real time.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout.

GirlyPop cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses, incomplete information, or unavailable recipients.

Failed Delivery & RTO Orders

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, order refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the shipment may be marked as Return To Origin (RTO).

Any reshipping charges applicable to RTO orders must be paid before the order can be dispatched again.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier disruptions, natural events, or other unforeseen logistics issues.

GirlyPop is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners after dispatch.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

As all products are made on demand, cancellation requests cannot be accepted once an order has entered production.
