Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Girlypop order ♡ If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with easy returns, exchanges, and support.

1. Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products such as accessories, innerwear, customized items, gift cards, or sale products may not be eligible for returns or refunds.

3. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details for quick assistance.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned product passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, store credit or refund options may be provided.

6. Return Shipping

Reverse pickup availability depends on your location. In certain cases, customers may be requested to self-ship the product to our return address.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations may not be possible.

8. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may not be approved if returned products are found used, damaged, washed, or missing original packaging.

9. Store Credit

In some cases, refunds may be issued as Girlypop store credit which can be used for future purchases on our website.
