Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?
Select your favorite product, choose your size, add it to cart, and complete checkout using your preferred payment method.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production. Once production starts, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Please contact us immediately after placing your order. Changes may only be possible before production begins.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days and delivered within 3–8 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1999. Orders below ₹1999 are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹79.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes. We deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
As our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, product photos, and an unboxing video.
What if I receive the wrong product?
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution if an incorrect item was delivered.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.
Sizing & Products
How do I choose the correct size?
Please refer to the size guide available on every product page before placing an order.
Do you offer size exchanges?
No. Since products are made on demand, size exchanges are not available. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
Will the product look exactly like the pictures?
We make every effort to display products accurately. Minor color differences may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
How should I wash my product?
Wash inside out using cold water. Avoid bleach and do not iron directly on printed areas.
